Regarding Ed Young's Plumbing Service Charges:

Please keep in mind that we CAN NOT quote/guess on prices (no verbal quotes) until we come out to your home (or business) and evaluate the job(s) you have, this is the only fair and precise way we can price each and every job.... “by the book”.              

Ed Young’s Plumbing has been using what is known as “Flat Rate Pricing” Since November 1, 1993 

  (PARTS & LABOR included in one price)

This system enables our Plumbers to give you the price before we start the work.

But to achieve this, our Plumber will have to quote the price at your home despite how large or small the job maybe.

$65.00 is our charge for coming out to EVALUATE & PRICE your job(s), but we only charge this if you decide not to have the work done on this appointment, otherwise the actual charges will be taken out of the Plumbers Flat Rate Price Book (PARTS & LABOR are included in prices), and we will not add the $65.00 charge, we simply drop that charge of $65.00 all together. Again….charges are taken from our flat rate price book, not an hourly rate.*

*Our computer generated flat rate price book fluctuates by line item/job depending on parts, and the degree of labor needed, based on a national average of expected time a professional plumber would need to complete the job.

 First time customers a completely FREE visit by mentioning this web page. We will come out to your home like explained above (prepared to do the job), except we will NOT charge you the normal service charge of $65.00    - 

So......if you want nothing done at the time of our visit we will just leave you the quoted prices at No charge to you. 

ALSO IN THE CASE OF LARGER JOBS, (not listed in our flat rate price book)  WE OFFER "FREE NO CHARGE" ESTIMATES
