It doesn’t take much to flood your basement, it could happen with a simple power outage or the sump pump could just fail for mechanical reasons. Most people don’t know they can protect against costly, messy floods. Could we interest you in a device that would put your mind at ease? Ed Young’s Plumbing has several such devices - One that works on a battery system called the Basement Watchdog Special, and two that work with your own house water pressure called the Base Pump and/or the Liberty sump jet.
Again.... all three of these units will take over for your primary sump pump, whether there is a power outage, or your regular sump pump fails to work due to machanical problems (still have power). Even with a full house generator you need a second back up.
