THIS SET IS CORRECT FOR 2004 MODEL GRILLS WITH THE ORIGINAL 2004 MANIFOLD.

IF YOU HAVE CHANGED THE MANIFOLD TO THE 2005 VERSION, YOU MUST ALSO CHANGE THE BURNER TUBES TO THE 2005 SET.

Each Burner Measures 27" in length Crossover Tube # 83738 Measures 3/8OD x 10-1/2"

As of 02/26/01, the burner tubes have stainless steel screen spider guards built into the tube. Plastic spider guards are not needed.
