It includes the following three components a rubber vacuum breaker, a plastic cone, and a fiber washer. A complete vacuum breaker includes the vacuum breaker repair kit, the chrome plated vacuum breaker outlet tube, and the chrome-plated vacuum breaker coupling and coupling assembly.
