Ideal for cooking a wide range of food, including meats, seafood, fruits and vegetables, Panini-style sandwiches or eggs or pancakes. Glossy, porcelain-enameled surface is easy to clean and does not require seasoning. Cast iron heats evenly and retains temperature for superior searing of food. Gently angled cook surface drains excess liquids away from the food. Replaces one cooking grate in Weber Summit 400/600 series gas grills.
